The Lead Generation Marketing Manager: B2B / Telecom works with j2 Global’s marketing team to support a variety of marketing activities and brand management. This positions reports to the Director of Enterprise Marketing and is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives as outlined in the annual enterprise marketing plan. While many of the duties may have overlap with the general marketing manger functions, the primary focus of this position will be to take a leadership role in the development and implementation of marketing tactics focused on demand generation and campaign management activities including email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, targeted programs, awareness building, sales tools development, ROI tracking and budget reporting and management. Additional duties as directed include; online SEM marketing, assistance with website management and tradeshow and event support. Additionally, this person will participate in the strategic planning discussions and marketing planning sessions for the j2 Global® enterprise brands. This includes establishing, setting and measuring performance goals in line with the business objectives as set forth in the annual enterprise marketing plan.

Job Duties:
- Serve as overall project manager and liaison for demand generation tactics for eFax® Corporate including but not limited to;
- Email Marketing campaigns
- Direct mail, direct touch campaigns
- List purchasing
- Media buying with print and online sources
- Campaign Analytics
- Develop, manage and track select campaigns for demand generation and awareness building for eFax® Corporate. Campaigns will include, but are not limited to, the following key elements.
- Social Media
- Awareness (online, print, media, etc)
- Demand generation (email, direct marketing, seminars, webinars, etc)
- Sales tools (data sheets, white papers, presentations, etc)
- ROI tracking
- Performance reporting, analytics, measurement and metrics
- Develop and manage relationships with marketing agencies and third party marketing vendors.
- Responsible for developing marketing plan and budgets for enterprise marketing on an annual basis.
- Maintenance, forecasting and tracking of monthly budgets.
- Responsible for establishing analytics / dashboards and distributing this information via regular reporting to all key stakeholders on a monthly or as needed basis.
- Developing and maintaining an demand generation marketing calendar.
- Ability to work cross-departmentally to gather assets, business requirements, marketing goals and objectives, etc.
- Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, media buying and promotional activities as directed
- Manage all elements of tradeshow and event logistics, including booth space rental, ordering services, shipping logistics, graphic displays, lead retrieval, reporting, etc.

Job Requirements and Experience:
- 5+ years of campaign management experience in Integrated Marketing or Internet business in a fast paced and aggressive environment.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as well working in ecommerce settings.
- 3 + years’ experience managing/coordinating all aspects of a project lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously with individual production schedules.
- 3 + years’ experience marketing to IT/Telecommunication companies.
- Demonstrated ability to show lead growth, and pipeline development for enterprise markets.
- Must be well versed in current advertising and SEM trends, best practices, reporting, and maintain knowledge base of future trending.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient to expert experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Interactive Media or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in coordinating all aspects of tradeshow and event management.
- Experience in providing financial analysis and presenting information.
