I have about about 350 client emails that are marked as invalid that I need to do something with. A large portion of these are current clients who, for what reason I'm unsure of, have been marked as invalid and no longer receive emails they are subscribed to. Is there a way to reset status with an upload or program? Has anyone encountered this happening with customers? Any advice is welcomed!
