Being new to Eloqua, we are still figuring how things work, in particular the data integration from our in-house CRM into Eloqua (one way feed only)
2 questions which I hope someone can help.
1. If we update an email address that is in the hard bounce list in Eloqua, does it get removed from the hard bounce list and re-enter into the campaigns?
2. If a contact's email address is removed in our CRM, I assume during the feed of information from our CRM into Eloqua, the email field get blanked out in Eloqua. But does the contact still remain in Eloqua or it will get removed since it no longer have a email (which is the unique identifier for Eloqua)
