I've been poking around for a while now and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. In E10, is it possible to populate email content controlled by an if statement linked to the contact record?
For example, we have products A, B, C, and D. Contacts have subscribed to receive product release updates on one or more of these products (ie A and C, B and D and E, only A etc). We would like to have one email that sends the subscriber a link to only those products that the contact has opted in to receive.
Currently we have to draft several different emails containing all the possible product combinations and send it out to segmented lists. Or we have to draft one email that contains release notes for products for which the subscriber is not interested. Is there a better way?
Is it possible to have the field show nothing if the subscriber has not opted in for that particular product update, and if they have, could it show them a link to the release notes?
