Something that has really been frustrating me with Eloqua is managing a contact's subscriptions/email groups. I'm not sure if I just can't find it or figure out how to do it, or if the feature simply doesn't exist.
There seems to be no easy way to add or edit a contact's email group status. When you view the contact's information under Preferences in their Edit Contact view there is no way to check or uncheck the groups they are subscribed to. We get people calling in wanting to be added or removed from various groups, how can we make these changes?
Also, how can you add the contacts in a shared list to an email group?
It is not very easy to manage a contact's information and subscription options...
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciate!
