Blind Forms Email Pick up

Quick question. I realize that Blind Form only works when I send out an email to someone and the blind form will capture that this particular person/email address has clicked this link. My question is that  when I test the form I do not see my email. I see the code , What am I missing here to have the email show up instead of the code. I send out a test email to myself via Eloqua and clicked on it as a test.
