Even if you have plenty of resources, you still have to formalize a plan and know what can and cannot be completed in house.
We know that these projects aren’t easy, and if you need guidance, it’s now available with our new Facilitated Discussions. These discussions are part of the revamped Marketing Cloud Success Program. They’re 60 minute online conference calls with a marketing advisor who talks to you (and your team, if you like) about how to get started on a specific modern marketing initiative or project. You and your team can get one to yourselves for an hour to talk about that marketing initiative that you’ve been wanting to implement. You know the one. It’s the topic that aligns with your overall strategy for the year, and you know you need to get to it soon, if you can just manage to sit down and knock out a plan for getting started (or figure out where to start!).

These sessions aren’t scripted events and they aren’t static documents. In fact, we have a strict “No PowerPoint” rule! These sessions are specific to you and your organization. Each session starts with questions to uncover where your organization currently stands on the subject, and where you want your organization to be. The advisor walks you through an interactive online toolkit with practical learning examples and exercises to draw out a plan for you to get started on your initiative. - All the heavy lifting of creating a project plan is taken care of.
As you work through the exercises in the toolkit with the advisor, a project plan will be created from the information that you provide. On top of that, you’ll also be given tasks to complete both in the short term and long term to help you execute your plan. If you don’t have the resources available in house to complete your project tasks, the advisor also provides recommendations of resources and services that you can take advantage of to help complete them. - You can have a discussion at any time.
These sessions aren’t just for companies that are just getting started with the Oracle Marketing Cloud or modern marketing. This is something you can take advantage of any time. Even if you’ve been successfully using the Oracle Marketing Cloud for a while, and you want to address a gap in your marketing strategy, you can sign up for a discussion at any time using the new request form.
Although you can request a discussion any time, we still recommend attending a discussion no more than once a month. This gives you and your team time to start executing your project plan before taking on another one. - It’s already included in your subscription to an Oracle Marketing Cloud product.
There’s no additional cost to attend a discussion. It’s included as part of the subscription cost of any Oracle Marketing Cloud product. It’s as simple as that.
