With CASL, it sounds like using web forms will be the fairly easy and obvious way to obtain expressed consent. Can someone provide more info on how we actually prove/document this expressed consent in Eloqua? I know that the time and date that a form is submitted is documented in the "form submission" data and can easily be exported. However, what about IP address? From this thread, it looks like you can use the Form Population Cloud Component to start gathering the IP address of a contact. But, it seems like this could be very time consuming to add this to every single form. Another option I've seen would be to run a "Website Visitors" report to find the IP address, but this also seems like a cumbersome process. Any thoughts or suggestions on this?
