Position Title: Demand Generation Manager (Consultant)

Position Description: Broadridge is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for our rapidly expanding digital operations. The Demand Generation Manager has the opportunity to make a significant contribution to company’s success. You have lots of energy and get excited by being a revenue champion for the organization. This role will collaborate with Marketing to design and implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs. Responsible for a range of critical programs and activities including: email marketing and nurturing campaigns, managing webinars, administering associated integration points with Salesforce and digital platforms and keeping our growing contact database relevant. You are a pro at getting the best results possible from trade shows, webinars, virtual events, email, online ads, sponsorships, direct marketing, and more. You have proven experience with driving website traffic, and can convert traffic to qualified leads.This is a client facing role with strong project management skills. We are looking for a breast in breed marketer that is passionate about email touch points, communication synergies and leading change at Broadridge with the Digital team. In addition, this individual is responsible for the coordination of regular campaign analysis reports, list build & analysis and persona based segmentation. This role will serve as the subject matter expert on our Eloqua marketing automation tool as it concerns contact and campaign program management.
The Digital team serves as an internal agency partner to build a cohesive digital marketing experience for line of business (LOB) marketers across the organization. The Demand Generation Manager is an analytical and strategic thinker with a creative mindset. You have a strong attention to detail, are well organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all elements of marketing programs including budget, plan and subsequent reporting including reconciliation of each program with pre-defined objectives and metrics
- Set expectations and establish accountability for deadlines with all related cross functional teams involved with program development and execution
- Leverage social networks to enhance campaign performance and nurture current prospects
- Day-to-day execution on integrated marketing initiatives through campaign implementation and generation of post campaign reports and analysis
- Manage and schedule workload and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns; implementing HTML email campaigns,
- Configure and deploy new marketing automation programs and integrate them with CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Carry out deliverables with an streamlined quality assurance across all digital mediums; providing a robust client experience across all touchpoints
- Provide expertise and execute in the areas of implementing account and contact scoring programs across the customer/prospect lifecycle
- Lead testing and refinement of marketing automation programs to achieve desired results
- Provide best practices in implementing nurturing programs and potentially other source system data
- Advise on best practices and train marketing peers with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, and projected results
- Responsible for the email marketing program initiatives across the firm; sales enablement programs supported by Eloqua such as rollout of Eloqua Engage and Profiler across our
sales clients and additional initiatives to inform, educate and support the evolution of our sales revenue generating model. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to client questions / concerns
- Measure, analyze and report on results
of campaigns on a regular basis - Collect and analyze campaign performance
- Build targeted lists to support LOB campaign efforts
- Facilitate data requests as needed
- Communicate trends, opportunities and actions to Digital team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- Collect and analyze customer/prospect data to help identify trends and establish personas by LOB
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge and/or understanding of structured content-driven Web applications, platforms, publishing, and/or technologies
- Technical expertise with (CSS, HTML) for problem solving
- Experience managing multiple marketing and related projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of demand generation, including program management experience with B2B organizations
- An established track record of managing trade shows, webinars, virtual events, email, online ads, sponsorships and direct marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies
- Extraordinary communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Eloqua (Or another marketing automation tool)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
- Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Access
