I've set up my first complicated campaign (*gulp*) and I'm seeing that leads are being duplicated in Salesforce but I don't have any processing steps that would prompt those leads to be created. The campaign segments filters and qualifies based on lead status in SF. If it's Open or Contacted then the lead receive a series a emails. But it looks like somewhere in the process between the segment and Email 1, leads are being duplicated. Could this be due to a processing step somewhere? Any other ideas?
