Engage Templates - Issues Accessing Templates via Engage and Click Reporting

Greetings Fellow Eloquans -

After months of planning, I'm getting ready to launch Engage to a Pilot group of Sales users, but I'm experiencing some issues with two major elements and I'm trying to determine if it's unique to our instance/configuration or if it's a global issue with other Eloqua for Sales (Engage/Profiler) users.

Here’s the two main issues:

1) Template Access: When trying to access Engage templates directly via Engage, we get a message “Unable to open your template: <template name>”.   I was aware that was a known bug that if you made a change to the naming convention or elements with an email group associated with Engage, you would simply need to clone the template via “Save as” and remap to the new group.  This fix used to work, but as of last week, this fix is not working.  (Support ticket open).   As a result, what we’re seeing now is that almost none of our Email Templates are accessible via Engage and there is no suggested work-around.  This happening to anyone else?

2) Engage Reporting Bug: For several of our core templates, the open activity is being registered, but the click data is not being represented or captured in the Engage UI reporting, nor in Profiler.  What's perplexing is new templates built from scratch appear to report OK, but anything created as a template cloned from a prior email has this issue intermittently.  The Tech Support agent was able to replicate the issue and has also escalated it to development.  (Support Case Open).

Anyone else experiencing similar issues with Engage recently?

Any suggested workarounds?

Thanks in advance for any help or ideas.

Brian
