I know there's been a lot of questions already asking, "How to" but I'm an fairly new to using Eloqua. I followed step by step reading the "Double Opt-in" doc. but am having no luck putting the final touches together. I have an email bulit out, landing page, created form, and set up my Shared Library rules. When I test my email to opt-out or IN, it does not opt me out or IN. Someone help? Finding a way for an easy email to opt-in to abide by the law.
