Here's what I'm trying to accomplish:
I'm building an on-going campaign that invites contacts who have recently purchased from us to take a user-experience survey. As set up (see simplified screen shots below) the segment looks for contacts that have anything but 'yes' in the Survey field. It sends them an email inviting them to take the survey and then uses the "Move to Program" action to drop them in to a simple PB program that changes the value of the contact's Survey field to 'yes'. (Indicating that the contact has been invited to the survey.) When a contact purchases from us again, we clear the survey field, which would allow them back into the campaign.
Campaign canvas is throwing an error when I try to allow contacts back in and the segment is set up to add segment members hourly.
I understand what Campaign Canvas is trying to protect me from, but I should be able to override this protection.
Is there a workaround to let contacts back in to a campaign that has an hourly-updating segment? Is there a different way to set this up that I haven't thought of?
