Does anyone know exactly how the Master Exclude List is updated? Is clicking the "Update" button the only way?
My attempt at using Contact Filters to keep our Master Exclude updated failed because filters don't act like feeders in this instance. They're not updated automatically with newly create records that match the filter criteria.
What I've attempted now is to build a program that uses the filters as feeders, and adds these records to a shared list. Then that shared list is added to the Master Exclude. However, I have no idea if this will work either because even though the lists will be current and accurate, I don't know if the Master Exclude will also update itself with the new members of these shared lists.
How has everyone else tackled this?
