There are many ways to get points and badges on Topliners!
Coming soon: we'll be launching a store where you can redeem your points for cool stuff! But for now, just start piling them up.
To see your current level and how many points you need to level up, click on the points next to your name (in the upper right). Then to see what badges and missions you currently have and which ones you're missing, click on More button under your reputation.
When your Reputation page appears you'll see your most recent activity and then you can click through the menu on the left to see your completed and in progress missions as well as the ones you haven’t started. It's easy!!
Here are the current status levels on Topliners:

First Time Topliners Actions– these badges are automatically awarded once you take the action listed below for the first time. (Note – Start Dates with ** means they only started tracking as of the date when they were launched, for example if you had 49 followers prior to 8/26/13 you will not receive the Super Influencer badge with your next follower, you will receive it once 50 new people follow you after 8/26/13)
