I recently rolled out Engage and Profiler to 20 salespeople. They are experiencing some usability issues with Engage:
1) We allow Sales to create new emails in Engage. When they do, they have to "Save As" a template. But, let's say they make a spelling error in the template. They can't edit that template. They have to make the edit, and do "Save As" again - creating a copy with a new name. Now they have two emails in their directory, one with a typo. They can't delete it. There is no delete functionality. This is very frustrating to them.
2) We were excited about the Attachment functionality but can't use it due to the way attachments present themselves in the recipients' mailbox. Eloqua appends random numbers and letters to the attachment name, so that when a client receives it the attachment looks like spam.
Will the ability to:
- Save
- Delete
- Preserve attachment names
be added to Engage in the near future?
