Senior Marketing Automation Senior Manager
Purpose of Position and Business Impact
- Responsible for the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, processes and maintenance within the marketing automation system (Eloqua)
- Responsible for the correct routing of incoming lead data and data-capture form functions of international landing pages into SalesForce and other databases.
- Responsible for integration with SiteCore for personalization and integration between SiteCore, Eloqua and SalesForce.If you are new to SiteCore we are happy to arrange training for you.
Essential Functions – Responsibilities
- Manage implementation process of our marketing automation system, guiding cross-departmental team through training, integration, program build out and roll out to sales teams
- Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to support Marketing Automation go to market tactics
- Develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns using the Eloqua and SIteCore platforms.
- Drive customization of the marketing automation platform including scoring, multi-touch drip nurture emails, segmentation and workflows, and reporting
- Drive personalization and other integration between SiteCore and Eloqua.
- Ensure quality leads are delivered to sales, and minimize list fatigue and opt-outs
- Plan, implement and test trigger-based nurturing programs in the marketing automation platform that target all stages of prospect development, from raw inquiries and cold prospects, to engagement, to closed opportunities
- Work with program/campaign owners to define target audiences, craft effective messaging, deploy complex campaigns, report and analyze results, and continually optimize ROI
- Set benchmarks and establish improvement targets for key performance criteria
- Build emails and data-capture landing pages; create email content using HTML; ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables
- Build testing frameworks (split testing, deliverability and tracking) for continuous optimization of click-through and conversion rates
- Lead the creation and management of dashboards and closed loop reporting integrated with SalesForce to track campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and funnel advancement; analysis of all lead generation campaigns; identify opportunities for campaign optimization and areas in the pipeline
- Follow best email practices and ensure compliance with all email laws
- Manage relationship with our marketing automation vendor and act as point of contact for internal use of system
- Stay up-to-date and educate internal staff on the latest trends in email marketing
