How many of you know that you can use SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) to query many objects to retrieve contacts? This could be as simple as emailing contacts, if they are already a lead with few criterias or combination of multiple objects data elements, bought products x,y,z or have interest in a,b, etc. If yes, how are you currenly leveraging for your campaign?
