Multiple segments and emails in one campaign

Am I able to create a campaign canvas containing multiple segments and emails?  I have 13 emails I need to send to 13 different groups of people.  I am not that bothered about tracking each email and there will be no links/forms etc so don't really want to create 13 campaigns.... am I able to have all this in one campaign or is there a better way of doing it?
