Hi,
I'm trying to launch Profiler in our E10 instance for the first time (from Contact > Launch in Profile) but when the Profiler page is launched the following error is displayed in a popup - "Invalid Permissions", "Your account does not have access to Profiler. Please contact your system administrator to gain access to this product."
I am the administrator for this instance and I have granted myself membership of every user security group, and granted all groups all permissions, and it hasn't resolved the problem.
Has anyone seen and resolved this problem before?
