I'm looking for a solution to limit the number of Email Templates that we have to create. For a specific example, we have several options for webinar titles in an invitation Email, all with the same body content. Ideally, I would like to set up one template so that our Sales users can choose the template, then select which webinar title they want form a predetermined list of available titles.
Currently, they either have to consult a document with the available titles and then type or copy/paste the name in (which allows for user error), or we would have to provide a separate template for each webinar title.
Surely others have this same type of business need; I'm curious to know how others are handling it, or if anyone has any ideas. Thank you!
