Hi all, can someone explain to me, in plain English, what the following stats measure? I do lots of email analyses and really need to know how these stats differ:
Unique open rate -- I am assuming this is nothing more than how many people who received my email opened it
Click to open rate -- I am assuming this means how many opens resulted in a click? So how many people who clicked on the email actually opened it up?
Unique click to open rate -- Assuming this means percentage of people who received the email actually clicked on it?
Thanks for your help!
