One component of our outbound marketing strategy is leveraging 3rd parties to send email on our behalf to their lists. We're struggling to come up with a scalable, managable process (CAN-SPAM compliant, of course) to handle requests from those 3rd Party recipients that no longer want to receive "our emails". There appears to be a bit of grey-area here depending on who you ask. Does anyone have any best-practices to share on how they're managing 3rd party emails? I'll leave the legal stuff to legal people, but would love to hear what the rest of you might be doing.
Thanks.
