Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations professional to own lead management, campaign management, CRM, and marketing automation systems and processes for the global marketing organization. This role will develop inventive solutions to improve marketing productivity, drive best practices in marketing automation, enable lead scoring and nurturing, manage data governance across systems, and lead the reporting and analytics used to consistently refine and improve marketing programs.

As the technical product owner for the CRM and marketing automation systems, you will be responsible for the product roadmap to support the global marketing team’s strategic initiatives and on-going operations. Provide technical leadership for software development lifecycle activities including requirements, impact analysis, system architecture, technical development and testing, technical support and administration.

Key Responsibilities
· Drive closed loop marketing process and reporting. Manage day-to-day lead operations: ensure quality lead flow, optimize lead follow-up, and data quality for reporting.
· Drive marketing automation expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement, and lead management.
· Provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program performance, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
· Manage and maintain the optimal operations of the marketing systems, specifically the marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring optimal data quality, lead flows, campaign tracking and sales enablement.
· Drive strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong lead management, improved lead quality, enhanced data quality, and tools and templates.
· Create and prioritize CRM and marketing automation roadmap to support global marketing organization.
· Subject matter expert for CRM system architecture to support lead and campaign management.
· Manage internal and external development and program resources.
· Collaborate with sales operations to enhance and troubleshoot issues with the lead management processes and integrations with marketing automation platforms.
· Champion data governance best practices for marketing automation platform and CRM system; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure required data is captured at all customer touch points.
· Train Field Marketing teams on core operational processes and use of Salesforce.com, Marketo and reporting.
· Create a standard of excellence in process and support and when working with internal marketing and sales stakeholders

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· 7+ years’ experience in marketing/demand generation
· 5+ years’ experience and expertise with CRM solutions; power user status of Salesforce.com preferred
· 5+ years’ experience with and Marketing Automation; Marketo experience preferred.
· Demonstrated experience in building and supporting lead management at scale for a global high tech company
· Direct experience and understanding of working with business intelligence tools and other data cleansing and reporting tools
· 5+ years’ experience in managing the software development lifecycle; track record of successful deployments
· Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
· Experience creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
· Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
· Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: regional and global marketing teams, sales, sales operations

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience putting systems into place to rapidly scale a department or group within a company.

· 7+ years’ experience on Salesforce.com platform; new implementations/rollouts

· Advanced Excel skills

· Proficiency with BI Tools
