We are a multinational company with dispersed marketing teams in various regions/countries. The marketing team that realy sets-up and manages email campaigns through the core Eloqua application is centralized. However this central team cannot attend to all requests for local email campaigns/communications and we are looking for a way to enable our local teams to execute simple email campaigns themselves without being too dependend on the central team.
To support this need we are considerng whether Eloqua Engage could be the tool for our local teams. However I am not sure whether Eloqua Engage has been set up/developed to support such usage. The local teams would be accessing Eloqua Engage via their SFDC application.
Could Eloqua Engage support email deliveries of up to 200-300 contacts per communication? Would it allow us to have similar kind of reporting, statistics as with the core Eloqua application? Any other reasons why we should or should not be doing this?
Of course if you have been facing this challenge too and solved it in a difefernt way, I would love to learn from you.
