Field Comparison in Program Builder

Hi All,

Need Clarification.

I have to check the value in Program Builder "Decision Rule". In this case I have defined the logic here,

The Logic, F1 is equal to 1--Start

I ran the program builder, this condition is not taken, while passing the record that condition is going false condition. So I changed the value "1--Start" into "`1-Start". But this value is taken correctly.

Anyone know the reason of this statement.
