Question:
I have a contact in Eloqua to whom I would like to send only plain-text emails. Is it possible to configure this preference?
Answer:
This configuration is possible through the individual contact record in E10.
To mark contacts to receive plain-text emails:
- Navigate to Contacts> Contacts and search for the contact.
- Double-click on the contact name.
- On the Preferences tab, click Send Text Only and click Update.
