Working with a new agency who not familiar with Eloqua. For the first time, we're using the upload functionality in Eloqua for landing pages rather than WYISWYG. This is not my forte- I'm not strong in coding, etc.
They submitted the landing pages to me, with outside JS and CSS for the html to call to. And so I learned that this doesn't work in Eloqua. I know that I could put the css docs in the content library, but we didn't go down that route. Instead, we altered it so that the html includes these components within the html (again, not an expert, so I may be totally butchering my descriptions here).
Anyway, the agency is really unhappy with this method of doing things. Anyone have any feedback on this? Is this really against best practice? Is there something else we could have done? All the feedback I'd seen on Topliners, etc. suggested that people were generally happy with the uploading the html products into Eloqua for landing pages. I'm not sure how we've had such a massive disconnect or how to make this easier. Really appreciate Eloquans' feedback!
