Issues with the new Bulk Api v2.0

I've recently begun to use the new Bulk Api 2 in order to sync activities back. However, I have come across a couple of major issues with some of the data returned.

  1. The bounceback, subscribe and unsubscribe activities do not allow a field of ContactId to be used, whereas other activities do. This information must be available, as you can get it from the REST api and Insight reporting. Also the EmailSend type does allow contact id, but it is missing from the documentation.
  2. The bounceback activities only return hard bounces, not soft. Why? There is also no information that describes the reason of bounce back eg. "mailbox unavailable" (which you do get in the rest api)
  3. There is a serious bug in the information that comes back from bouncebacks. Instead of the email address of the intended recipient, I am getting the sender email address (xxx@en25.com) on some records. This effectively renders it useless as without either the correct email address or the contact id, there is no way this can be traced back to original recipient.


I'm hoping someone will be able to give some insight into these issues. Any help would be gratefully received.
