They also provide marketing solutions to increase revenue from new and existing customers and convert prospects into clients faster by enabling business professionals to research companies, executives and industries.


Job Summary 

  • The Email Marketing Specialist reports to the Leader, Marketing Operations and is responsible for operational aspects of marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Creating, editing, and sending email marketing materials and coordinating with the design team to get necessary creative.
  • Create and develop segmentation groups, forms, and simple landing pages.
  • Monitor and advise Marketing Managers on email marketing quality, adherence to best practices, and se email, and list performance.
  • Building test frameworks (split testing, deliverability and tracking) for optimization of email effectiveness.
  • Advises Marketing team on integrating email and marketing automation into new and existing marketing campaigns.
  • Creation of KPI metrics and reporting dashboards for marketing campaigns
  • Perform analysis that will deliver incremental value through support of marketing initiatives for all channels.

 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation (ELOQUA) and database management (campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation). Salesforce.com experience a plus.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Access, SQL or related database systems
  • Knowledge of the web Do, HTML & CSS skills a plus.
  • Understands marketing automated software (Eloqua or related Automation system).
  • Understands relational database structures
  • Ability to think logically and critically when solving problems and considering process improvement
  • Well organized, Self-motivated, Incredibly detail-oriented
  • Results & Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and energetic environment
  • Ability to spot data driven opportunities
  • Track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
  • Ability to analyze business needs and formulate them into effective marketing campaigns
