I haven't been able to send out any of our campaigns this week. I was told by Oracle Support there's a bug with POD3 with batch email process yesterday. However, the solution provided was to send out email individually without the ability to use Signature Rule. There's no ETA as to when this will be fixed and no alternative to send out batch was provided or even escalated.
Is this happening to anyone on the forum? I'm not talking about lag time, which I know plenty of folks are dealing with, but inability to send out batch emails due to batch errors.
As a 9 year Eloqua veteran and an advocate of the product, this experience has really made me consider alternatives. I have very little confident that Eloqua is going to meet my overall strategic operation goals for the future, and I'm not sure I can recommend the product to other companies... I can see why most of their partners are moving to support the competition.
