My team is in the process of implementing E10 in the coming weeks and Eloqua will be integrating with a home-grown CRM. My struggle is a contact in CRM can be associated with multiple accounts depending on how many different businesses they own. If I own 3 businesses, I will have 3 distinct Account IDs in CRM and could potentially have 3 distinct contact IDs (same email) associated with those accounts.
I'm open to suggestions on how best to pull multiple account records from CRM and append it to 1 contact record in Eloqua.
