Has anyone else encountered issues with reminder emails not going out through WebEx to people who registered through an Eloqua Landing Page/Form that's hooked into WebEx via a cloud connector?
This is an issue for me and after 1 hour and 44 minutes on the phone with WebEx they're saying that the registrant data (though showing up fine in Webex) is not "cascading properly" through they're system causing the reminder emails not to be sent.
This was first discovered for a webinar we hosted back on October 22nd (which i chalked up to a configuration error on my end) but now is happening with a webinar we're hosting tomorrow. They're saying its an issue on the Eloqua side. Has there been an update to the system that would impact the configuration of the cloud connector or another piece? We're only using the "Webex Register" piece of the cloud connector. We run our webinars through "Training Center" in Webex.
