Well we are dealing with a doozy of a situation right now. External calls are piling up in the pending queue and the volume that is firing per hour is really really low, so the backlog is just piling on. We're only at 2% of our API limits with SFDC so that's not the reason why this is happening. Obviously we have a case open and the cloudOps team is going to clear our queue (side note: Eloqua's response to our needs have been horrible!). But I'm concerned because we aren't sending any unusual volumes to SFDC. So my question is....have any of you ever seen this happen in your system?
