I'm looking for access to the profile and engagement score fields from E10 Lead Scoring Module. I know you can view them on the individuals contact view, but I cant see them for sync. I have heard many times this is roadmapped but im not sure if its been delivered, and since I only recently stumbled upon functionality like form tools for submitting connectors so Im trying to track this down if this functionality is available as well
I would like to pass over scores for ALL time lead score values, as well as a degrading value for recency so and be able to roll up the summary onto the account for each on an account score. The combined A-D/1-4 values make this difficult.
Id love access to the to the actual score fields so i can pass their numbers across the number to crm as well the combined scores currently available.
I know i can build out old school scoring programs to increment scores, but those programs are slow and the first time a user notices a mismatch between the scores from the program vs scoring module, ill have to start having the validity discussion and im not looking forward to that so Id love to use the same engine to generate both.
Is there a way yet to access these score fields?
