We usually take an old email, replace text/images etc and then save it as the new email, either that or copy an existing email/rename it and replace/edit the content to fit our new email.
This has worked just fine in the past and was actually a feature and selling point that Eloqua pitched when I was evaluating email solutions.
Recently I have run across a problem which I feel may be a bug in the system.
It seems that Eloqua is keeping old code when you replace images or even delete them then insert new images.
When this is done, and the email is distributed - when the recipient forwards the email, the previously replaced and/or deleted images appear in the forward.
This is becoming a big problem for us and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
