Is it possible to customize the reply-to address of a Notification Email?
I'm building a form that we'll use on our Contact Us page for folks to send us questions, suggestions, complaints, etc. and I'm wondering if it's possible to have the submitter's email address appear as the from and reply-to address of the notification email.
In other words, if joe@gmail.com comes to this form and submits a question a notification email is sent to customer-service@ourcompany.com. This notification email is from joe@gmail.com and one of our customer service reps is able to click their reply button to send a message back to joe@gmail.com.
Right now all notification emails are from Eloqua Form Submittals and the reply-to address is always formsubmittal@eloqua.com.
