Program Feeder - Re entry of Contact

Hi,

We have setup the Program builder to allow contacts to re enter. The Feeder is a Shared Filter that evaluates ever day at 9 AM.

I have observed that any new contact that meets the criteria for the Shared Filter enters the Program. But I see that the contact never re enters the program even though it is a member of the shared filter.

What can be the issue?
