Anchors in E10 HTML emails

In E10, whenever I create an anchor in an HTML email and save it, Eloqua adds the following parameters to the href URL:

elq=~~eloqua..type--emailfield..syntax--recipientid~~&elqCampaignId=~~eloqua..type--campaign..campaignid--0..fieldname--id~~

Is there any way to avoid it?
