Insight Analyzer License allows you to add ‘Shared filters’ to any report. These filters are system defined, and mostly comprise of Metric Object.

Although these shared filters are great for sorting reports, you are unable to exclude or filter on other contact fields.

So to help you better analyze you data, you can simply create a new custom filter which can be added to any report!

Here’s how we do it:

  • From Insight home page; click to open ‘New Filter’.

  • Click ‘Save As’ and save into any folders. It is best practice to create a folder structure for your filters within the folder structure.
