Missing Data Mappings in GoToMeeting Cloud Connector

I've run a couple of campaigns with the GoToMeeting cloud connector, and I've found that there's data that's not currently being sent by Eloqua to GoToMeeting. The result is that the user experience is not ideal, and my post production work hasn't really decreased.

 

The data that's currently being sent to GoToMeeting (beyond the identifiers), are email address, first name and last name.

 

Country is missing, so the result is that GoToMeeting does not know where the registrant is from, and the reminder emails that they send do not show the call-in number for the registrants country. Instead they show the enabled countries alphabetically, so it shows "Here's your call-in number for Austria. Not from Austria? Click here for a list of call-in numbers."

 

Additionally, the company, phone number and state are not sent to GoToMeeting. This means that I have to create a custom report pulled from GoToMeeting and Eloqua, remove the duplicates from Eloqua, and separate the registrants from the participants so that my sales team can follow-up.

 

I don't know if anybody has experienced these items, they're truly just nuisances and not show-stoppers, but if anybody happens to have a workaround that I haven't considered, I'm all ears. Both of these items could be alleviated if all of the possible data was sent to GoToMeeting instead of just email address, first and last name.
