Synopsys is looking for a dynamic Marketing Automation Manager with extensive digital campaign execution, demand generation, lead nurturing and best practice implementation experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves, diving right into the execution of our campaigns and is equally capable of managing and directing off-shore resources. This position is ideal for an individual looking to make a difference by building a best-in-class digital marketing program and implementing industry best practices.
This position oversees all outbound marketing programs utilizing a marketing automation platform and other enterprise software solutions. He/she will work hand-in-hand with marketing communications managers, creative and technology teams on the execution of our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content owners and provide best-practice guidance to implement and execute campaigns utilizing the Eloqua marketing automation platform
- Assist platform automation users by helping them troubleshoot and offer team and/or one-on-one training on marketing automation capabilities, testing, and desired results
- Drive ROI by monitoring and measuring campaign stats and providing analytics
- Manage and enhance marketing automation platform to optimize segmentation, campaign execution, lead scoring and nurturing
- Develop and implement data quality utilizing external data sources as well as platform functionality
- Introduce and promote e-marketing best practices such as multivariate testing, segmentation, life-cycle campaigns, dynamic content delivery, etc.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop and roll out a new look and feel for digital campaigns and uphold design and style guidelines
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of campaigns and reporting in salesforce.com
- Directs and manages execution team.
Requirements
- Experience in managing direct marketing and/or digital marketing projects of varying complexity
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Advanced Eloqua (or similar automation tool) and salesforce.com knowledge and experience; Eloqua Certification would be a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment managing workload and expectations simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong self-management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and nurture productive working relationships with key stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- HTML skills and Excel proficiency in charting; Advanced HTML/XHTML skills a plus;
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
- BA in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
