Quarry, a buyer experience agency, is looking to add a Marketing Automation Specialist to our Marketing Automation team on a full-time basis. What you’ll be doing:
- Solution architecture and implementation– Assist with the architecture of solutions to meet complex business needs using marketing automation (e.g. demand generation and nurturing campaigns, event registration and lead scoring modeling, and conceiving more complicated CRM or other third-party integrations). After gaining clients’ buy-in, you’ll play a key role in operationalizing these solutions.
- Database management and campaign execution– Segment marketing automation database to create targeted lists that meet campaign needs, build assets such as email and landing page templates, and configure complex programs that automate processes and contribute to increased marketing efficiencies.
- Platform management– Provide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of programs on marketing automation platforms, as well as troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Innovative input– Whether it’s a short-term product launch or a long-term nurture program, you’ll collaborate with a team to offer innovative ideas on how to leverage marketing automation to deliver incredible buyer experiences.
- Measuring success– Ensure marketing automation efforts are measurable, run regular reports or build dashboards to review results with internal and external clients, and provide actionable recommendations based on reporting insights.
- Process improvement– Collaborate with Quarry teammates to evaluate and improve internal processes that drive more effective, efficient and profitable delivery of quality services to clients.
What we are looking for:
- 2–4 years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.
- Solid technical understanding and/or certification on marketing automation platforms. Experience with Eloqua is a significant asset. Experience with other marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot or Neolane is a plus.
- Functional knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce.com, Oracle) and experience integrating with other business systems.
- Experience developing and executing marketing automation solutions (e.g. lead nurturing programs, lead scoring programs, data cleansing and governance programs, CRM integrations).
- Sharp technical troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with development teams to debug issues.
- An analytical thinker with proven ability to review and manipulate data in order to develop recommendations that are guided by quantitative analysis.
- Someone who is curious, enjoys asking lots of questions to delve into client challenges, needs and expectations, and embraces learning new things, particularly when it comes to technology.
