I am about to start building a lead nurturing/scoring/routing program in Program Builder in Eloqua, and wanted to know if there are any key things to know before doing that (in terms of being able to report on it)?
I would like to be able to have end to end reporting showing things like how the leads came in, how long they were nurtured before reaching the scoring threshold, and what happened to them after they were handed off to sales. Does anyone know if there are custom reports in Eloqua that would provide all this information or if there are any additional steps I would need to take before building the program (eg. Adding custom fields in Eloqua to capture additional info).
Also, any other key metrics or reports anyone has used for their end to end reporting?
