Cannot save Lead Scoring Models

We are brand-new to Eloqua, just going through the various training exercises, with no consultant support.  I am the "admin" but have little clue as to what I am doing. 

I was trying to do a Lead Scoring exercise, and while I was able to create a Lead Scoring Model, when I tried to save E10 told me I did not have the correct access rights.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to clear this up?
