I am new to Eloqua - so this may be a very basic question....
We are using E10 and have an upcoming event that is being managed by a third party outside of Eloqua. Yesterday, I sent invitees an email invite with a link to the external registration site. The email contained a unique five-digit code (stored in Eloqua) that they needed to know to register.
In case someone did not receive or cannot find their email, what is the best way to have the user initiate a request to have the system automatically re-send them a copy of their email? What would happen in the instance that someone who is not in my database tries to request an email resend?
