I've been told that some contacts may be marked as a soft bounce because they have marked the sender as "Spam" - is this valid? From my understanding and what I've been informed of is that soft bounces were primarily the result of a contact's mailbox being full or they are out of the office, etc. Can anyone verify this? Is there a way to see how many times they've been marked as a soft bounce (i.e. is it every single email we've sent them?)?
