Hi all,
In my pre-Eloqua consulting days, I used to run into clients who adopted Marketing Automation, then when other departments saw its value started incorporating it for other automated communication processes. For example, here at Eloqua we use our own system to manage the employee onboarding process, nurturing our new hires through their first two months of employment.
Do any of you have any similar examples of "non-marketing" uses of Eloqua? If so, please share here!
