I have some recommendations with regards to the minimum amount of access that Eloqua should have in SFDC. One of those recommendations is that Eloqua have Access to Create/Modify Reports in SFDC? Can anyone provide me with documentation on what is happening during this flow? What reports is Eloqua creating/modifying in SFDC? I have been all through my integration and I do not see any external calls or events that seem to handle this? Where is it happening? I have been questioned on this recommendation by our CRM administrator and am unable to find anything to provide back as to why we need to maintain these rights?
