System Status Details/Root Cause

I keep seeing this note each time a system outage is resolved yet I don't know what was resolved.  How do I explain to our IT team when it happens so frequently?  There is no details of what caused the problem or what was fixed.  Getting alerts of a problem is nice but it doesn't tell me much.  Can you guys improve on the communication please!!

 

Oracle is also reviewing the monitoring, alerting and standard operating procedures related to the incident. After these reviews are completed, additional appropriate corrective actions identified during the reviews will be taken.
